Pasta of your choice (e.g, penne, farfalle)
Ali's Lemon Caramelised Onion
Feta cheese, crumbled
Celery, sliced
Caramelised walnut pieces
Baby spinach leaves
Apple - sliced into thin wedges
Method
Cook the pasta according to the packet directions.
Add Ali’s Lemon Caramelised Onion, feta, celery and walnuts.
Sprinkle spinach and apple over the top.
Dress with good olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice.
